USA Visa

To process your visa application, the following should be furnished according to the regualtion of the US embassy:

For Omani citizens

1- Valid passport for at least 6 months (preferred to be renewed passport)

2- 1 photo with white background size 5x5 no head cover at all and no glasses ( see image below)

3- Complete address in Oman (way number, house number, postal code)

4- Complete address in USA and phone number

5- E-mail address, phone number(s), social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

6- Names and birthdates (month, day, year) of: wife/husband/mother/father

7- Current job (name of employer, address, phone number, employment date, salary)

8- Previous visits to the USA: date arrived, duration of stay

 9-Pervious countries visited in past 5 years: names of countries

10-last qualification obtained: name of institute, address, date of joining, date of graduation, and name of qualification.

11- 12- For business, medical, official visit or any similar purposes, formal letters are needed to confirm the purpose.

13-For student visa, i-120 form should be available.

14-Visa fees collected by embassy 64 OMR
